1. The domain you rent must not be used for, or lead to or promote, gambling, pornography, hate, illegal activities, or malicious or dangerous Web sites.

2. The monthly rental must be paid in full on the first day of each month.  You can set up recurring payments at PayPal.

3. For at least six months after the beginning of your rental

a. the monthly rental fee will not increase;

b. your rental will not be terminated;

c. the domain will not be sold or transferred to a third party

provided that your rental payments are up to date and you are in compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

4. Payments must be made by PayPal.  If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay with a credit card.  Go to http://www.paypal.com and make payments to sydtash@hotmail.com

5. No refunds or partial refunds will be given.

6. Cancellations must be received at    elsyd10 at yahoo.com   before the last day of the month, or you will be billed for the next month.

7. If you are found to violate any of these Terms and Conditions, your rental will be terminated, and you will have no recourse against any other party.

8. There is no minimum rental period.  Rent for as long as you want, and cancel anytime.
